DELIVERY : THE PROCESS
BikesAndBackpacks prides itself on providing a clear, hassle free path to obtaining our products. When you place an order and we receive it, you will receive an email notification with your order details. Your order confirmation email can take a while to arrive and sometimes finds it's way into the spam folder. We are notified instantly of your order and begin preparation. Providing that no extra information is required, we produce your sticker and ship it within 24 hours. Once the order has been completed, the system sends an email notification to you informing you that it is on it's way.

DELIVERY : TIMES & PRICES
All my orders are sent from mainland UK and can be shipped worldwide. BikesAndBackpacks uses Royal Mail for both UK and international orders. UK orders can be expected to arrive with 3-5 days while international orders can be between 5 - 10 days depending on location. However, delivery has been known to take longer due to local postage services and international issues experienced during 2020-21. Postage is free for UK orders, Free for european orders over £10 and international orders are free for orders exceed £25.

RETURNS : NON FAULT ITEMS
Items that in good working order but are unwanted, un-needed or anything else can be returned for a full refund. These items will need to be returned to us within 30 days and a proof of postage will be required in order to issue your refund. Please get in touch within the 30 day window to start your return.

RETURNS : FAULTY ITEMS
In the rare and unfortunate circumstance that our product does not meet your expectations, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your item. You will need to provide an explanation as to the issue and photos showing the area of concern. The item can then be returned with Bikes And Backpacks refunding any expenses incurred.
